Well, some ways to help are down below I hope they are useful, some of them are just little things.:
Volunteer at a organization in your district or some places have ways to volunteer online.(if you read this and want me to list some good volunteer places or websites that have volunteer opportunities(or if you have any to suggestions) just email me.
Sometimes volunteering at certain places requires you to be a certain age, I say just keep on looking or personally email them, I am sure they will find something for you.
Small things you can do:
Raise animal awareness with making fliers and putting them on people's doors(be sure to follow laws, also make them eye catching so people don't just throw them away!)
Put a sign up in your yard saying either a statistic like 50% of seals have died off because of human interference(note:this is not a real statistic)or put something really simple like I support animal welfare or something.
Make bumper stickers.At hobby stores they usually have something like blank stickers.Create your own bumper sticker(s) saying,oh I don't know,animals of the world(sorry not very creative but hey)
Fundraising:
If you already know an organization, fundraise for them(with their permission)you can hold little things like a big bakesale or a walk,I wouldn't suggest going door to door and asking for donations though.Make it creative, what ever you do, and make sure you have fun doing it!
Donating:
As most of you probably know sites and organizations are always looking for a donation.I wouldn't suggest donating unless you are absolutely certain that your hard earned money isn't going into some random person's pocket.
Sign Petitions:
There's this ( I think) great site for signing petitions on.People make their own petitions for an issue they feel strongly about, get signatures and then , well turn them in(in some respect).The site name is Care2. Their html is pretty easy it is www.care2.com. I personally am a member of it, even though that doesn't really matter.Anyway, I am not just promoting this site, I am just suggesting it because I like it .No site on this website will ever be me promoting something that I don't personally use or used in the past.Of course these sites could always just work for me and not you but hey.
Search:
There is this other great(I think(again)) search engine.It is called goodsearch and what you do is put in a charity or a non-profit organization and then search for things that you would usaully search for on google or something.Each time you search for something it gives a penny to your choice of a charity.It's not a lot but after a lot of searching you could earn a lot for the charity you choose, plus a penny is more than other search engines give.The site is www.goodsearch.com.
